Intentionally Teachable Leaders, LLC (“ITL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy applies to ITL websites, funnels, forms, digital products, email communications, and product lines, including Let Light Speak, Pause4Presence, and other ITL digital resources.

Haikii / GoHighLevel-related systems to host pages, forms, funnels, email communication, automations, and digital product delivery

When you submit information through these tools or make a purchase, your information may also be processed by those third-party providers according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations. Stripe’s privacy materials explain that Stripe processes personal data for payment-related services, fraud prevention, compliance, and other purposes described in its policy. HighLevel’s privacy materials also describe its role in processing personal information through its platform and note that customer data may be processed through platform services and sub-processors.

We do not control every privacy practice of third-party platforms, but we use them to support normal business operations and delivery of requested services.

5. Email Communications

When you submit a form or request a download, we may send you the requested resource and occasional email updates about ITL, Let Light Speak, related products, or helpful resources.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

6. Text Messages

If you choose to provide your phone number and separately consent to receive text messages, we may send occasional text updates related to access, delivery, product updates, or promotional messages, depending on the consent you provide.

Text messaging is optional. Email is our primary communication method.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. ITL does not store your full payment card information on our own systems.

Payment processors may collect and process your payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our websites, funnels, and digital products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
