These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit our websites, submit a form, download a digital resource, purchase a product, pre-order a product, or use resources from ITL product lines, including Let Light Speak and Pause4Presence.

1. About Intentionally Teachable Leaders, LLC
Intentionally Teachable Leaders, LLC provides leadership, communication, reflection, digital resources, and related educational tools. Let Light Speak and Pause4Presence are digital product lines of Intentionally Teachable Leaders, LLC.
2. Digital Products and Resources
Our products may include digital downloads, printable resources, card decks, reflection prompts, guides, workbooks, videos, email resources, courses, event materials, and related resources.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
3. Free Downloads
When you request a free download, you may be asked to provide your name and email address. By submitting the form, you agree to receive the requested resource and occasional email updates related to ITL, Let Light Speak, Pause4Presence, and related resources.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
4. Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders before the final product is complete or delivered.
If you purchase a pre-order, the product description will include the expected delivery date or launch window. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the product by the stated date. If the delivery timeline changes, we may provide updates by email.
Pre-order pricing may be lower than the final public launch price. After the launch period ends, pricing may change.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. ITL does not store your full payment card information on our own systems.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed.
For pre-orders, you may request cancellation before the digital product is delivered by contacting us through our contact form page.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, technical access issues we are unable to resolve, or other reasonable circumstances at ITL’s discretion.
7. Personal Use License
When you download or purchase an ITL digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
You may:
Download the product for your own use
Print the product for your own personal use
Use the product for personal reflection, journaling, planning, teaching, discussion, or encouragement
Display printed copies in your personal space, office, classroom, home, workspace, or similar setting
Use a legally downloaded free resource in a small personal, family, classroom, or internal discussion setting, as long as the digital files are not resold, publicly redistributed, or claimed as your own
Unless you receive written permission from ITL, you may not:
Resell the product
Redistribute paid digital files
Upload the files for public sharing
Claim the product as your own
Use the product to create competing products
Modify and sell the product
Use paid products in paid programs, conferences, workshops, courses, coaching packages, or group events outside personal/internal use
Commercial, organizational, event, classroom-wide, conference, coaching, or group-use licensing may be available separately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, card copy, images, prompts, product names, frameworks, downloads, graphics, and related materials are owned by Intentionally Teachable Leaders, LLC or used with permission.
This includes, but is not limited to, Let Light Speak, Pause4Presence, card decks, printable sheets, reflection prompts, visual designs, downloadable files, ebooks and guides, digital courses, online and hybrid event designs, and related product materials.
No purchase or download transfers ownership of the intellectual property.
9. Educational and Reflection Purposes
Our resources are designed for educational, leadership, reflection, communication, and personal growth purposes.
They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or emergency support.
Use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
10. Results Are Not Guaranteed
ITL does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, relational, spiritual, professional, financial, or business results from using our products or resources.
The resources are tools for reflection, pause, awareness, and intentional next steps. Your outcomes may vary based on personal use, context, consistency, and other factors outside our control.
11. Text Messages
If you choose to provide your phone number and separately consent to receive text messages, ITL may send occasional text updates related to access, delivery, product updates, or promotional messages, depending on the consent you provide.
Text messaging is optional. Email is our primary communication method.
You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use our websites, products, downloads, or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
You also agree not to attempt to copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, redistribute, or misuse our digital products or website materials.
13. Testimonials, Reviews, and Social Sharing
If you share a review, testimonial, comment, post, or feedback about ITL, Let Light Speak, Pause4Presence, or related ITL products, you agree that it reflects your honest experience.
If ITL asks to use your testimonial publicly, we will seek permission when appropriate.
If a person receives any material connection, compensation, free product, affiliate benefit, or other incentive for sharing about ITL products, that relationship should be clearly disclosed.
14. Services, Speaking Engagements, and Custom Work
From time to time, Intentionally Teachable Leaders, LLC may offer services such as speaking engagements, teaching, workshops, coaching, consulting, event support, custom resources, or other project-based work.
These Terms apply generally to ITL websites, resources, communications, and digital materials. Specific services, speaking engagements, workshops, events, or custom projects may also be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, booking agreement, statement of work, or event contract.
If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will control the specific details of that service, including scope, date, time, location, fees, payment schedule, travel, lodging, cancellation, rescheduling, recording, media use, licensing, and delivery expectations.
15. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Offers
Some ITL, Let Light Speak, or Pause4Presence pages, posts, resources, or communications may include affiliate links, product recommendations, marketplace links, or third-party offers.
If you choose to purchase through an affiliate link or third-party platform, ITL may receive a commission or other benefit at no additional cost to you, where applicable.
Third-party purchases, shipping, product quality, returns, customer service, platform policies, and account access are handled by the third-party provider or marketplace unless otherwise stated.

If a product listing contains an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, cancel or refund the order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites, downloads, products, emails, services, or third-party links.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased digital product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
